What next?

If you live in the North Lakes area of Cumbria and feel you might want to explore Counselling or Spiritual Accompaniment or if you are a counsellor or counselling trainee seeking professional Supervision, the first thing to do is to drop me an e-mail or text and/or ‘phone me (details below) to arrange an initial, no obligation, meeting (free of charge) - this will give you the opportunity to meet me and for us to see if we might work well together. I welcome and respond swiftly to all enquiries and will happily answer any questions you may have.

Appointments – Counselling, Spiritual Accompaniment and Supervision

Counselling appointments are generally 1 hour and take place on a regular weekly basis but this is negotiable. Some clients reduce the frequency of their appointments as their counselling comes to an end but this is flexible too.

Appointments for Spiritual Accompaniment may be 1-2 hours on a monthly or 6-weekly basis. Please ring me and we can talk through possibilities.

Supervision appointments are usually 1.5 hours (as per BACP guidelines) and generally take place monthly but this is negotiable and flexible according to training and/or professional requirements.

I currently offer appointments for all services on weekdays during the daytime and early evening. I do understand that if you are working full time or if you have caring responsibilities, attending regular appointments can be difficult; I offer flexibility, where possible, to accommodate your needs, just ask!
